I think this one is perfect for those that are just starting out and don't have a lot of supplies or experience with different techniques!
A few tips:
If you don't have any fancy decoupage papers you can cut out pictures out of books or magazines.
If you don't have any moulds, the paper step can be easily masked with lace or ribbon trim, bead ribbon, gemstones and many other crafty type supplies that tend to be a bit more accessible.
